  • Who does Parke Dixon Speech Factory Serve?

    Parke Dixon Speech Factory serves children from birth to 18 years of age in home, daycares, private schools, or through telehealth.

  • What do I need before my child’s evaluation?

    1. You will need a physician’s referral or prescription from your child’s pediatrician prior to their evaluation. You will also receive intake forms that will need to be completed before the evaluation.

    2. Recent hearing screening results (if your child is under 6 yrs, you may use their newborn hearing screening)

    3. Copy of most recent Speech Therapy evaluation, if applicable.

  • What does a free phone consultation entail?

    During the phone consultation, the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will take time to discuss any concerns or questions you may have regarding your child’s speech and language development. They will also address any concerns your child’s pediatrician may have concerning their communication skills. The SLP will also address any concerns your child’s pediatrician may have concerning their communication skills. The SLP will also go over the evaluation process and what you will need prior to the evaluation.

  • Do you accept insurance or offer private pay options?

    Please contact us for more information regarding in network insurances, other forms of payment, and evaluation and therapy fees.
